BANC names Home(s) of the Month(s)
June Home of the Month
The home of Roberto and Angel Sudario, 550 Lakeview Drive, was selected
by the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee as the June Home of
the Month winner for its beautiful curb appeal. Tasteful colored stamped concrete
graces the walkways, which are surrounded by queen palms, colorful
fl owering shrubs and a green lawn. Several rock formations further enhance
the overall interest and beauty of the Sudario’s award-winning house.

July Home of the Month
The Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee (BANC) July Home
of the Month award goes to Greg and Jenny Karkas of 11 Quail Court. The
Karkases diligently maintain the landscaping of their home, which boasts
beautiful rose bushes, a lush green lawn, and surrounding shrubbery.
