Delta Informal Gardeners’ yearly Annual-
Perennial Plant Sale raises funds for community
plantings, scholarships for graduating
high school students and books for
the public library. The sale takes place on
Chestnut Street in Brentwood on Saturday,
May 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and features

Home Garden Tour
Discovery Bay Garden Club will host its
first Garden Tour on Saturday, May 10. All
proceeds will benefit the Byron Boys Ranch.
The tour starts at the ranch, 4491 Bixler
Road in Byron, at 11:30 a.m. Pick up tickets
and a map and continue at your leisure to
six additional properties. Enjoy a plant sale,
garden art and refreshments at the ranch.

The Eskaton Lodge, 450 John Muir Parkway

its first-ever countywide Reading Festival
from Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May

The GFWC Woman’s Club of Antioch and
